Patient Access ER Associate

The Patient Access ER Associate is responsible for registering patients presenting for emergency and urgent services, accurately collecting demographic and insurance information, and processing payments. This role requires proficiency in multiple software applications to manage registration processes while ensuring excellent customer service and patient privacy. The position involves working in both the Emergency Room and Express Care settings to handle patient intake and documentation.
