The Patient Access Representative serves as the primary contact for patients at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, managing inbound and outbound calls to schedule and register individuals for services. This role utilizes enterprise-wide computer systems to handle patient demographics, insurance verification, billing, and account activation while ensuring high accuracy in registration. Staff must effectively collaborate with internal departments and external providers to maintain revenue cycle standards and provide exceptional customer service.
