Patient Access & Intake Coordinator

The Patient Access & Intake Coordinator facilitates a smooth and efficient patient admission process by providing administrative and operational support to the Business Development team and the Central Access and Authorizations Team (CAAT). This role manages referral activity, oversees admission workflows, and coordinates logistics to ensure all clinical and operational details are aligned prior to patient arrival. The position serves as a central liaison between various departments to ensure timely initiation and management of the referral process.
