Patient Access & Intake Coordinator

The Patient Access & Intake Coordinator facilitates a smooth and efficient patient admission process by providing administrative and operational support to the Business Development team and the Central Access and Authorizations Team (CAAT). This role manages referral workflows, verifies documentation, coordinates bed assignments, and ensures all clinical and operational details are aligned prior to patient arrival. The position serves as a central liaison to ensure timely initiation and management of referral activity while contributing to quality improvement and operational excellence.
