The Patient Access Registrar at ThedaCare is a front-line administrative team member within the Encircle Registration group who supports patient intake and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role is based at ThedaCare Physicians - Encircle in Appleton and contributes to a positive patient experience, accurate patient data, and organizational mission. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with early-morning and weekend scheduling as part of a rotation.
