About this role
The Patient Access Representative at USC Arcadia Hospital is an admissions-focused, patient-facing role responsible for producing complete and accurate admission records for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients. The position is part of the Admitting department and acts as a primary point of contact between patients, clinical teams, and business offices within the hospital. The role is performed onsite within the hospital environment.
