Patient Access Representative - Days

About this role
Patient Access Representative responsible for timely and accurate pre-registration and registration of patients across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and surgical settings. The role supports the hospital revenue cycle by collecting demographic, insurance, and financial information, performing eligibility screening and charge capture, and interacting with patients and families regarding payment expectations. This is a part-time onsite position based in Addison with variable daytime hours and every-other-Saturday coverage.
