Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative works in the Emergency Department on the second (evening) shift, handling all aspects of patient registration, including verifying identity, entering demographic and insurance information, and processing payments. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients and families, providing a welcoming experience and assisting with scheduling, pre‑admission, and discharge tasks.
