Patient Access Representative

This role is responsible for patient-facing registration, information collection, and validation, as well as insurance-related tasks such as verification and co-payment collection. The position ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and acts as a liaison between patients, providers, and payers for account resolution. The incumbent will also handle claim follow-ups, payment agreements, and daily financial reconciliations.
