Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative supports departmental efficiencies by managing patient scheduling, registration, pre-admission, and admission processes at the Abrazo Scottsdale Campus. This role requires obtaining accurate patient demographic information and employing compliant patient liability collection techniques before, during, and after the date of service. The position involves greeting patients, securing legal forms, verifying insurance eligibility, and assisting with scheduling diagnostic procedures.
