Patient Access Representative

This position is responsible for managing patient registration operations at the Richards Building, including processing calls, verifying insurance and demographic information, and coordinating preadmission activities. The role provides customer service support by handling patient payments, addressing billing questions, and ensuring courteous treatment in accordance with the Patient Bill of Rights. It serves as a primary point of contact for patients navigating hospital services and registration processes.
