Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative supports Behavioral Health programs by ensuring an efficient and welcoming patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and safety. This role is responsible for accurately obtaining and processing patient financial and demographic information to ensure proper reimbursement for clinical services. The position handles patient inquiries with first-call resolution or by directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
