Patient Access Representative

This role involves pre-registering and registering patients at Memorial Medical Center's ExpressCare, scheduling procedures and tests, and collecting accurate demographic and billing information. The position requires serving as a liaison between ancillary departments and other Patient Access Services areas while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
