Patient Access Specialist

This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients at Dartmouth Health, managing requests for primary care, pediatric, and specialty offices across the Medical Center and Clinics. It involves demonstrating empathy and professionalism to handle routine inquiries as well as urgent or emotional situations while maintaining strict confidentiality. The position aims to support community access to healthcare by providing solution-oriented outcomes and a calming presence.
