Patient Access Specialist

The Patient Access Specialist serves as the first point of contact for patients and families across outpatient clinic registration areas, registering and checking in patients while verifying insurance coverage and collecting payments. This role works closely with clinical and support teams to promote timely access to care, efficient clinic flow, and a positive patient experience.
