Patient Access Supervisor, Centralized Scheduling

The Patient Access Supervisor coordinates and monitors the verification, scheduling, and pre-registration of outpatient diagnostic procedures within the Centralized Scheduling Department. This role provides guidance to staff to ensure accurate and efficient departmental functions, including supervision of Patient Access Specialists, issue resolution, and patient financial counseling. The position reports to the Centralized Scheduling Patient Access Manager and assists in the recruitment and development of competent staff.
