Patient Access Supervisor

This role provides guidance and mentoring to new and existing Patient Access staff while assisting in the management of escalated issues and daily operations. The position supports short and long-range planning for Registration Process areas, including Admitting, Centralized Scheduling, and Emergency Departments, while ensuring positive customer service and adherence to departmental policies. The incumbent acts as part of the management team to ensure operational goals are met and performs all Patient Access functions as needed.
