Patient Access Supervisor

This role provides guidance and mentoring to new and existing Patient Access staff while assisting in managing escalated issues and daily work efforts. The position supports short and long-range planning for Registration Process areas, including Admitting, Centralized Scheduling, and Emergency Departments, while maintaining positive customer service. The incumbent enforces departmental policies, monitors daily activity, and performs special projects and reporting as assigned. Additionally, the role involves acting as part of the management team to ensure operational goals are met and carrying out supervisory responsibilities for direct reports.
