Patient Access Supervisor

The Patient Access Supervisor directly manages day-to-day patient access and scheduling operations for the Contact Center, providing supervision to Patient Access Representatives and ensuring performance across key service metrics. This role utilizes data and leadership judgment to identify performance trends, address operational challenges, and implement improvements that support timely access to care. The position partners closely with Practice Managers and regional leaders to ensure consistent workflows, staff development, and a high-quality patient experience.
