Patient Access Supervisor

This role provides guidance and mentoring to new and existing Patient Access staff while managing daily work efforts and account handling. The position supports short and long-range planning for Registration Process areas, including Admitting, Scheduling, and Emergency Departments, while ensuring positive customer service and enforcing departmental policies. The incumbent monitors daily activities, completes performance reports, and acts as part of the management team to meet operational goals.
