Patient Access

This role coordinates patient care from arrival through scheduling and registration at the Issaquah Highlands facility, performing front office clerical and pre-business services. The position serves as a professional liaison with patients, families, and other departments while providing exceptional customer service and acting as an informational resource for Swedish Medical Center services. Responsibilities include managing patient registration, scheduling, insurance verifications, and phone triage in a timely and accurate manner.
