Patient Accommodation LPN

The Patient Accommodation LPN reviews patient status and discharge activities under the Utilization Review Manager's supervision to ensure compliance with clinical and payer requirements. This role involves evaluating admission appropriateness using InterQual guidelines, coordinating with Case Management, and managing medical necessity determinations. The position serves as a liaison between physicians, patients, payers, and case managers to handle payment terminations, denials, and appeals.
