Patient Account Senior Rep - Remote

The Patient Account Senior Rep - Remote is responsible for managing the full revenue cycle of patient accounts, from creation to expected payment, by resolving accounts timely and effectively. This role involves following up on claim submissions, reviewing remittances for insurance collections, and pursuing disputed balances from government and non-government entities. The representative will also assist with special projects, provide A/R support to the team, and help train new or existing staff to increase production and quality.
