Patient Accounts Representative

Under the supervision of the Patient Accounts Supervisor, this role manages the entire lifecycle of patient accounts from discharge through reconciliation. The position involves handling billing, collections, and reconciling accounts with third-party coverage, including applying charity allowances as appropriate. The representative ensures timely billing of secondary insurance and manages account assignments to bad debt according to payor contract terms.
