The Patient Accounts Representative serves as the primary contact for patients regarding their accounts, managing payments, payment plans, and self-pay encounters. This role acts as the liaison for the Allergy Department regarding immunotherapy billing policy compliance and handles inquiries related to the hearing aid program. The position also involves daily balancing of patient monies and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
