Under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Unit Manager, the Patient Administrative Associate provides administrative support and communicates with the healthcare team, patients, and families. This role contributes to the successful operation of the work area and functions in accordance with all existing regulatory and hospital standards, policies, and procedures. The position reports to the Manager, Patient Unit.
