The Patient Administrator provides excellent patient-focused care while performing accurate and timely referral processing, scheduling, and registration activities. This role is responsible for key operational practices in the delivery of exceptional ambulatory healthcare, including registration, scheduling, payment collection, and ensuring data accuracy. The position also involves obtaining patient signatures, scanning documents into the EMR, and engaging in workflow improvements.
