Patient Advocate

The Patient Advocate acts as the primary local representative for patients receiving medical care, coordinating with the Global Coordination Centre to ensure timely access to treatment, manage payments, and support patients throughout their medical journey. The role involves on‑call availability, in‑person assistance at medical facilities, translation services, and regular reporting to the coordination centre.
