Patient Advocate

This role involves managing and supporting the patient satisfaction program (HCAHPS) while acting as a liaison between the housekeeping department, nursing, and other departments to ensure excellent patient care. The position requires monitoring patient satisfaction scores, creating reports, and implementing action plans to improve service quality. Team members will round on patients to assess satisfaction, perform service recovery, and assist with training and communication skills.
