Patient Advocate/Risk Analyst

The Patient Advocate/Risk Analyst supports patient advocacy, service recovery, event reporting, and risk management activities to ensure concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This role promotes a positive patient experience and supports organizational risk mitigation efforts through collaboration with the Compliance and Risk Department. The position contributes to departmental consistency, regulatory compliance, and the effective resolution of patient and organizational concerns.
