The ED Patient Ambassador at United Health Services provides a welcoming, non-clinical presence in the Emergency Department to support patient experience and flow. The role focuses on greeting patients and visitors, facilitating communication between patients, families, and ED staff, and acting as a liaison between the waiting room, Access Care, and the main ED. This position supports a safe, compassionate environment and assists with non-medical needs during ED visits.
