Patient Authorization Representative

The Patient Authorization Representative verifies insurance eligibility, obtains pre‑certifications and authorizations, and coordinates referrals for patient appointments. The role also handles payment collections, communicates with hospital departments, insurers, and patients, and works with the Cancer Center Financial Aid Office to assess patients' ability to pay.
