About this role
The Patient Care Assistant II is a clinical support team member who works under the direction of a Registered Nurse to assist with patient care and unit operations. The role supports clinical tasks such as basic monitoring and diagnostics, provides patient comfort and nonclinical education, and helps maintain a safe, patient- and family-centered care environment. The position contributes to documentation, infection control, and timely communication with nursing staff to ensure quality care.
