Patient Care Assistant

The part‑time Patient Care Assistant provides basic supportive care to patients and families under the supervision of an RN or Care Manager, including collecting vital signs, documenting information, and assisting with procedures. The role requires an active State Tested Nurse Aide license in Ohio, current BLS CPR certification, and at least one year of recent hospital patient‑care experience.
