Patient Care Assistant

This role involves performing a wide variety of patient care tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse, utilizing a patient-focused care model. Responsibilities include assisting with direct care activities such as bathing, ambulation, feeding, and vital signs, as well as documentation and patient transport.
