About this role
Under the supervision of an RN, this role provides basic patient care and clinical support in a hospital setting, including monitoring vital signs, performing EKG testing and phlebotomy, and recording intake/output. The position assists patients with activities of daily living, helps maintain patient areas, and transports patients as needed. It requires completion of short clinical training or three months of patient care experience and attainment of specified competencies within six months of hire.
