About this role
A Patient Care Associate (PCA) at Mercy provides hands-on, individualized care to oncology patients under the direction of RNs or LPNs. The role supports patients' daily living needs and assists clinical staff with basic procedures while working as part of a multidisciplinary team. This is an entry-level position with a formal training/apprenticeship program and opportunities for advancement to Patient Care Technician (PCT).
