The Patient Care Associate/Patient Care Technician supports individualized patient care under the direction of an RN or LPN to help patients achieve their highest level of wellness. The role is team-oriented and includes both clinical and non-clinical tasks in an orthopedic/neuro inpatient setting. The position includes an accredited apprenticeship training program and opportunities for career advancement within Mercy.
