About this role
A Patient Care Associate / Patient Care Technician at Mercy assists RNs and LPNs in delivering individualized, hands-on patient care to help patients reach their highest level of wellness. The role supports both clinical and non-clinical tasks within a collaborative care team and includes participation in Mercy’s accredited training/apprenticeship program for new hires. Positions are entry-level with on-the-job training provided to meet regulatory requirements.
