The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) at Montefiore Medical Center provides nursing leadership and oversees coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation of patient care on the CCU. The PCC upholds professional nursing standards, participates in performance improvement and ensures quality care across neonate through geriatric populations. The role reports to the Administrative Nurse Manager and supports unit-level resource coordination and staff performance monitoring.
