Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator manages referrals, authorizations, and scheduling leads to reduce delays and denials while supporting increased patient volume and revenue. This role coordinates non-clinical needs to protect physician and MA capacity, ensuring timely follow-up care and accurate registration. The position serves as a system navigator and point of contact for patients and families, handling appointment logistics and insurance authorizations.
