Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and acting as a liaison between patients and providers. This role supports the administrative flow of the patient experience by performing core front and back-office duties to ensure smooth clinic operations. The position is part of a float pool serving Primary Care, Pediatrics, and Specialty Care clinics in the Portland Metro area.
