Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and acting as a liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative patient experience. This role performs core front and back office duties with increased independence to ensure smooth clinic operations and support Providence patients and their families.
