Patient Care Counselor

The Patient Care Counselor ensures patients at the Surgery locations fully understand every aspect of their surgical procedures. This role involves educating patients on surgical options, executing consultations, scheduling appointments, and performing preliminary testing to assist in counseling patients about their lens options. The position requires strong communication skills to manage pre- and post-operative patient interactions and documentation.
