This role serves as the central non-clinical point of accountability for 12-month patient journeys, ensuring every scheduled milestone, check-in, and protocol requirement is executed. The coordinator manages a growing roster of patients undergoing multi-stage medical treatments by coordinating appointments, tracking lab kits, and monitoring adherence to physician-directed protocols. Acting as the primary non-clinical advocate, the position provides high-touch support to keep patients engaged and on track throughout their entire recovery journey.
