Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a nonprofit integrated behavioral healthcare organization founded in 1982, providing a full continuum of substance use and mental health services across Arizona, Oklahoma, and Washington, DC. CBI offers addiction treatment, crisis stabilization, inpatient care, residential and supportive housing, homeless outreach, opioid treatment programs, and support for special populations including women, children, veterans, and those with serious mental illness. Their holistic, personalized approach to recovery embraces medical services, therapy, peer support, and community education to maintain the dignity of human life.
