About this role
The Patient Care Tech III at UMass Memorial Health is a frontline clinical support role in the Emergency Department that provides direct patient support under the direction of licensed clinicians. The role supports patient comfort and care delivery across higher-acuity settings and acts as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team. This position is scheduled for night shifts and may include additional responsibilities such as telemetry or unit support compared with lower PCT levels.
