About this role
The Patient Care Technician III at UMass Memorial Health provides direct patient care under the direction of licensed clinicians, supporting nurses, physicians and the care team in a hospital setting. This role works on assigned shifts (night shift) and may serve in higher-acuity areas such as the Emergency Department, ICU, Step-Down Unit, Dialysis, or in remote video/telemetry monitoring. The PCT III also may perform unit secretary duties and other unit-specific responsibilities.
