Provides direct and indirect patient care on a medical-surgical unit under the direction of a licensed nurse or RN. Assists with unit organization and patient admissions, discharges, and transfers while supporting basic patient needs such as nutrition, hygiene, and skin integrity. Works evenings/nights and supports safe, clean, and well-stocked patient care environments. Role is focused on hands-on care and unit support rather than independent clinical decision-making.
