Patient Care Tech - Nights

The Patient Care Technician II (PCT II) provides direct patient care activities, including monitoring conditions, assisting with daily living, and responding to abnormal findings. This role reports to a Unit Manager and focuses on hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and safety within a brain injury, stroke, or neurobehavioral care setting. Responsibilities involve accurate documentation, specimen collection, and maintaining a safe environment under nurse supervision.
